I know this is going to sound crazy, but we can do this…
That is what we said when we found this house. This was our first house that we had ever worked on, but we saw so much potential. In the house and in ourselves to make it great. We took a lot of risk and put a lot of faith in each other as we started out on this venture. Now when we look back, we would do it in a heartbeat all over again.

This was our first house. The only way we could get it was to wrap a renovation loan into the mortgage. This was a promise to the bank that we could take the house from a questionable tear-down to a functional beautiful place to live.

This vaulted room had so much missed potential. A large fireplace was dropped in the middle of the room. We removed it opening up the space to breathe.

Brightening the kitchen was the best thing we did. Simple white quartz counters with marble subway tile gave a clean look and maintained a texture on the wall.

Every renovation has some weird spaces that you just dont quite know what to do with. This outdated mechanical closet was completely removed to install custom lockers.

When its not July and August, we spend a lot of time outside. This large deck is a place to hang out while the kids explore the back yard.
